2015 Scion FRS vs 2015 Honda CRZ
When it comes to creating small, sporty cars that rely more on a lack of weight than pure muscle and power, few brands do it better than Scion and Honda. We wanted to take a close look at two of our favorite 2-door speedsters to see what their similarities and differences are, so we compared sportiness vs efficiency as we stacked up the 2015 Scion FRS vs 2015 Honda CRZ. Both vehicles have an aura of sportiness to them and are more efficient than most sports cars, but they each do one of these things better than the other so let’s see how they measure up.
Differences between 2015 Scion FRS, Honda CRZ
As we stated, each vehicle has its strengths. For instance, when it comes to power the Scion FRS has a pretty lofty advantage with an extra 70 horsepower. Considering both vehicles are incredibly lightweight, that big boost in horsepower would definitely be noticeable. However on the other side of the coin, the Honda CRZ certainly trumps its Scion counterpart by utilizing nearly 3 l/100km less in the city, and 0.9 l/100km less on the highway.
Aside from that, the other big advantages that the two cars have up on one another are in terms of space. On the one hand, the 2015 Scion FRS provides nearly 10 extra cubic feet of space for you and your passengers to spread out in. But on the other, the 2015 Honda CRZ has a hatchback trunk that can fit nearly 5 times as much stuff as the FRS with an extra 18 cubic feet of cargo space. Schedule a test drive for either right here!
