2015 Scion xB vs 2015 Honda Fit
The Scion xB is actually the oldest vehicle on the lineup, as it was one of the first vehicles the brand released, the other being the Scion xA, back in the 2003 model year. The xB is also one of the most unique vehicles on the lineup, as it was one of the first vehicles to start the boxy, 5-door hatchback craze. We wanted to see how two of our favorite hatchbacks measure up against each other, so we compared the 2015 Scion xB vs 2015 Honda Fit. While the Honda Fit doesn’t follow the boxy craze, it is one of the most spacious hatchbacks on the market.
Differences between 2015 Scion xB, Honda Fit
The table above shows exactly where each vehicle takes its advantages, and how the two models differ from one another. While they’re both subcompact vehicles, thanks to the aerodynamic shape and exterior of the Honda Fit it manages to utilize 2.3 l/100km less in terms of combined fuel efficiency. However, the xB fires back by offering nearly 30-extra horsepower from its engine. So in this, the choice is between superior power or superior efficiency.
The other advantage comes down to capacities and space. The Honda Fit has one of the most spacious interiors for its size on the market, and as far as cargo capacity is concerned it offers an extra 5 cubic feet. But other big space area in the vehicle is passenger volume, in which the 2015 Scion xB smokes the Honda Fit by just over 10 cu. ft. So in terms of space, it comes down to more cargo or more people.
