2015 Chevy Colorado and 2015 GMC Canyon Shipping
Two of the most exciting trucks in the General Motors lineup this season are the Colorado and the Canyon. Both have been completely redesigned to meet the more modernized requirements of midsize truck enthusiasts, and judging by the immense amount of interest they hit the nail right on the head. Both models were given a Fall 2014 release date, and we are pleased to announce that the 2015 Chevy Colorado and 2015 GMC Canyon have begun shipping as of September 18th.
Apparently, since the Build Your Own websites went live on September 3rd, over 100,000 different truck requests have been submitted. And as of yesterday, these different configurations have begun making their way to dealerships. We don’t know for sure when they’ll arrive here a Don Wheaton Chevy Buick GMC Cadillac, but we honestly cannot wait until they do.
The trucks have been infused with tons of exciting new technology from entertainment right down to the frame. A whopping 72% of the cab and frame were manufactured with high-strength steel. Active aero shutters are available on both models, which will add to the aerodynamics and fuel economy of the truck. They will even benefit from their very own Wi-Fi hotspot through OnStar’s 4G LTE feature.
And with each of them coming with an available 3.6L V6 engine that happens to get 18 mpg city and 26 mpg on the highway, they are the most fuel efficient V6 midsize truck available. We’ll keep you updated on their arrival, but feel free to give Drive Wheaton a call if you have any question about the availability of either the 2015 Chevy Colorado or the 2015 GMC Canyon.
