Cadillac CUE Infotainment System
If you’re looking into purchasing a new Cadillac vehicle, like the 2015 Cadillac SRX, chances are you’ve probably heard of a feature they’re putting in a lot of new models called the Cadillac CUE infotainment system. CUE stands for Cadillac User Experience, and it is the name of the 8” full-color touchscreen infotainment system found in the center console of many models. CUE brings a ton of information, communication, and entertainment right to your fingertips.
The CUE infotainment system brings the intuitive technology of a smartphone or tablet front and center into your vehicle. It’s responsive touchscreen is incredibly easy to use, and it even has integrated Natural Voice Recognition for those times when you can’t take your eyes off the road, or hands off the wheel. With an available 3D GPS navigation system, Doppler weather reports, Pandora streaming radio and the ability to connect to up to ten Bluetooth smartphones, accessing all of their music and contacts, the CUE infotainment system is a whole new monster that enables you to do just about anything you could want right in the center of your vehicle.
You can zoom in and out on a map by spreading or pinching your fingers, shuffle through your list of music by swiping left or right, and even personalize the home screen with exactly what you want to use. It even has technology that senses your presence and reacts to your touch, giving you a slight pulse on the screen to alert you when the button has been pushed, allowing you to keep your eyes on the road.
This is perhaps one of the most advanced infotainment systems we’ve ever seen in a vehicle, and is extremely exciting to use. If you like the sound of it, give our sales team at Don Wheaton Chevy Buick GMC Cadillac to see which of our Cadillac vehicles come with the CUE infotainment system standard, and which models have the technology available.
